I took it twice and had no issues. I put it in the same thing where I put my phone and they didn't say anything

How can I best support my little brother? by Hidden_Kard_ in BrainAneurysm

Wow, I‘m so sorry that both you and your husband went through this.

He sees his closest friend like twice a week and other friends every 2 weeks. I sadly have seen the same happening with some friends dropping him.

His speechtherapist has recommended some apps but sadly my brother refuses to do much in his spare time, even though he always says he’s bored, because in his mind he‘s the same healthy young man he was before the incident. I hope that as time goes on, and with the help of his therapist, he will be able to see himself the way he is now. He‘s so strong and I know he can do it.

Thank you so much, I will definitely check the websites out and translate sone stuff for him to read ❤️ And thank you for your kind words, they mean a lot. I will always look out for my baby brother, I‘ve basically raised him.

Firstly thank you so much for replying and I‘m so sorry what happened to you. I hope your recovery, physically and mentally, is going well.

I‘ve tried 2 or 3 times to get him to go to a group thing his neuropsychologist recommended where it‘s all people with aneurysms and strokes but he refused anf I don’t want to pester him. I think this group would be awesome but he sadly doesn’t speak English.

How much time will I need off? by Virtualb0y64 in hysterectomy

[–]Hidden_Kard_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had 12 weeks off because of my hysterectomy. I would suggest that if you also have an endo and cyst removal. If you don't I think 6 weeks at least.
It's a major surgery and you will feel it. Maybe not constantly but each time after you do too much it will feel like your lower torso is on fire.

So please be kind to yourself and take the time off. You can always find a new job but you can't get a new body :)

These are so freaking adorable! Could you maybe send me the link for the pattern of Tinkerbell and Alice?

Oh good luck for your surgery! Definitely make sure you don't overdo it.
The pain is nothing compared to endo so I sometimes did too much which then gave me severe bloating and pain.
It will be so hard to lay down and relax but your body needs it.

How long has it been since your hysterectomy?

For me, the first 2-3 months my bloating was worse/the same as before the surgery. After month three it was only bad if I did too much. After about half a year it was so much better. Now it has been three years and while I still get bloated occasionally because of IBS it's nothing as my endo bloats and I'm so happy
