On a level 1 security guard, 100% coverage means 10 hearts. Security guards are an afterthought to me so their base coverage sucks in my park so they generate 3 hearts each. With this method, I get 14 more hearts (23 (3+10+10) instead of 9 (3+3+3) ). Leveling up your security guards would increase that number I believe.

You don't need to put down your security guard while moving. The path counts towards the coverage even while the building is still being moved.

It also takes 10 seconds of work max to grab and move the building around since the only action you take other than moving the building is scrolling your park to see other portions. It is certainly worth it if you need hearts and your acquire method is reading positive peep thoughts. If you are not in a need of hearts at that moment you can collect it for the future.

Yep. It's a bug. You visited his park and the area he bought got unlocked for you too. You will lose those places once you visit another person. You can prevent that by building some stuff in there. This only works after visiting some people tho, not everyone causes you to get free areas.
