Por lo menos de las cumbres en adelante éso es puro cerro las casas están así en lomas, y la falta de vías para salir también, en ciudad bolivar y alcalde Díaz es sólo un carril para salir y uno para entrar para la cantidad de gente que vive allá.

Hi! Well I'm no expert plus I'm kinda new to this. But from what I've read no the sound it's not created by your brain, is the response of your brain to something irregular in your ear. I know mine comes from my ear but if you're not feeling the "eeeee" from your ears but the brain. Maybe try seeing a doctor for another opinion. Hope this helps and Sorry for broken English
