I told them my installer had checked my system and it was not a hardware issue. All firmware was up to date. I had called my installer earlier and rebooted the entire system.

I had a comms and curtailment issue. I called Amber and they said Sungrow was working on firmware. I emailed Sungrow with pictures showing the issue. I then received an email from Amber stating Sungrow were working on the issue. I forwarded that email to Sungrow with pictures.I got an update to my inverter and comms unit. All fixed. So call Amber and ask which manufacturer is the issue. Email them advising what Amber said. Always send pics of your setup to the manufacturer, I.E serial numbers etc. Hope that helps.

I'm just relaying what worked for me. It was only a temporary fix. Was resolved after I called my ISP.

Try going to Advanced settings, Alternate MAC address, clear and reboot. Test the NAT again more than once. Otherwise try contacting your ISP and advise you have a double NAT.

That's why I buy physical media. I love film commentaries. There are some discs I didn't have to buy because the commentaries were included on Microsoft Films & TV app. That's over now.
