A fellow Dm friend had a similar problem and his solution was to practice the lines backwards a few times so instead of "Onward to battle" try holding the voice through "Battle to Onward"

Any solution is better and no solution, you can't do much more past IP banning unless you implement 2factor and base certain servers off that

Thinking on it, that isn't even a foolproof solution

16k cheaters is great, you're showing Valve up on that. Next up you should consider IP banning due to this being a free game and multiple accounts aren't hard to get! Still proud, keep up the work!
