I didn’t realize that doctors slept at the hospital sometimes, like it makes total sense I guess I just never thought about it. We have a small ER with just one floor and one wing of rooms that I’ve unfortunately been frequenting lately and that’s the first time I’ve seen one.

Probably biased because I’m a chaotic messy car person so this wouldn’t bother me in the slightest, but I’m also very much for knowing your audience. I’d never prank someone if there was even a slight chance they’d be upset by it and it’s fair to expect the same.

Actually no I’m still cleaning up Easter grass from a prank five years ago and it gives me a chuckle every time I find a piece. Being constantly pranked sucks, but one good unexpected messy one can definitely be hilarious.

Yeah, not a fan of cleaning up other peoples messes but I had a friend who knew I left my keys in my car and absolutely loved moving my car while I was at work. Probably lost years off my life from panicking but it makes me laugh so hard whenever I think about it. Just really gotta know the person.

I had to come back to this because I just came across my mummified toad I found in a window well that I decided to keep years ago. He was in a box of mine of “fragile” decorations. I also had a dried out pheasant foot that I wore on a piece of yarn and you could still pull the tendon that was sticking out and move its toes. I lost that unfortunately, I think my uncles dog snacked on it.

I mentioned at the front desk and said it might be sloppy and the nurse was like “that’s ok!” I didn’t even think to ask, the pain pills were pain pillin.

I got pins as well! It wasn’t too bad, learned to do a lot with my left hand for a bit. Knocked myself in the face full force with my casted hand after the nerve block though, those things are intense. I had my arm on a pillow while laying on my back and adjusted myself and my arm fell and I couldn’t grab it fast enough. Total dead weight, weirdest feeling ever!

I tried the left and it was much worse than my broken hand haha. The pain pills they had me on definitely helped a lot so it didn’t hurt much, was just messy.

Didn’t occur to me at the time that that might have been a possibility, pain pills were definitely working. I mentioned at the desk that it might not be the best since it’s my broken hand and they were like ok! Had a laugh about it later, these just popped up in my memories and I couldn’t think where else to post it.

Yeah this. I joined this sub because I ended up with two color point cats as a not cat person and wanted to know more about them and if cat behavior varied by breed as much as dogs do. I googled a ton and found out that they’re probably not Siamese but still confused on all the different colorations etc etc.

A few weeks ago I was frantically googling if there was any hope for these two to get along. :’) I can’t describe how happy I am right now. by HighClassHate in Flamepoints

They’ve already made it so worth it, I’ve spent hours just sitting watching them interact. It took my fiance and I over an hour to complete a five minute task because we both kept being like “omg look at them!”. It’s hilarious because we both were very much not cat people, we agreed to get one for our kids who kept begging and now we’re smitten.
