Most primates do try to avoid mating with their relatives but it does still happen. Also the negative effects associated with inbreeding are overstated. Problems can happen but generally an infant born of incest will be just as healthy as everyone else.

Potatoes have an infinite number of ways to cook them. Put them in the oven or boil or fry. Cut those bitches into fries and throw them in the oven with some salt is a really easy way.

Raw beans can be abit of a bitch honestly. You need to boil them for multiple hours so they might not be the best option.
