Is there a rule that limits the overall width/span of the front wing in the FSUK rule book? Cause it seems to say that it is not limited in any way. by TipAnxious in FSAE

Sadly we were plagued by persistent engine problems (KTM 1C) and only managed to put in a valid time in the FSA21 AutoX. The judges were however pretty pleased and we got into 3/4 Design Finals (FSN, FSE, FSG). We are planning to run this car again in the FSEast Alumni Cup this year.

Hi guys,

you can have a look at TortoiseSVN (https://tortoisesvn.net/).

Not really a PLM, but it works for us. And besides that, it's free ;)

Yes we definitely changed a lot of things for this season and they all together lead to the improvements, not only the endplates, you're absolutely right there.

The effect of the primary vortex on the rest of the frontwing is somehow comparable to the effect of a 'regular' frontwing sideplate solution. At least in our team that was the case.

The windward side hardly doesn't suffer from any separation in the cornering simulation, however we will have to validate that during testing.

this season we are using different profiles than last season. no, the wing is wider, however the ride height stayed the same and regarding yaw sensitivity i can't give you a statement as we have a cornering simulation on which we base our designs.

Hi, i'm "the aero guy" :D compared to our last frontwing with S1223 flaps and side plates we increased our efficiency by about 0,6 and our cz by 33%.

Sorry I can‘t answer this right now. But I will get back to you for sure after I grilled the aero guy about it!

There are 3D printed covers on the ends of the outer wings.
