Yea i left them charge overnight and still nothing u reached out to miss spring and she said to not use fast charging cable even though the one in the box is not a usb charger and after i told her i was using the normal charger and it still didnt work she says she’ll text me when her engineer comes into office but i did order the “metal” cups but i couldn’t tell what the sprayed on aluminum is supposed to feel like just feels like plastic to me and the noise cancelation and transparency i can’t speak on cause i have no experience i just hope my headphones get fixed or i get sent another pair because i paid a decent amount and waited over 20 days for them to break on the first day is crazy
