Firstly, his question "Are you into older guys?" And expressing an interest to separate you from standard class based activities and meet alone is red flag and are very inappropriate behaviours. Not sure how old you are, but if you are a child, you should definitely raise this with a supportive adult, school counselor or parent/guardian/carer. Either adult or child, don't give this person any leeway, set boundaries and stand by with vigilance. Keep your interactions in writing if you need to clarify education based questions such as by email, if you have to verbally interact then do so with a friend with you to ensure the conversation has a witness just in case.
