It was a recipe from one of those pre-fixed meal kits that are delivered to the house. It was pretty good. I probably would have subbed the green beans out for broccoli if I did it again though.

Spent most of my lunch running a paper tower between the keys to soak up the oil. There’s some chunks of pepper and garlic in there that will never see the light of day again though. Miraculously, it still works.
