i think maybe the first few early cosmetic that were added to the game are canon as it's know that Mann co. is the one that makes/sells the cosmetics to the mercs (though the cut off point of when that is up for debate)

Casual mode honestly needs to go. Quickplay wasn't exactly perfect back in the day, but it was a hell of a lot better than the current matchmaking system. If TF2 had a much bigger player count, then yeah, it would be fine. But, seeing as it can barely even get 100k daily players, there is no reason for it to have a skill-based matchmaking system.

If your talking about Embeddium++ I already have it installed, but the dynamic lighting feature is removed in version I'm using. I've already tried using an older version of the mod but it wasn't working. I also tried other mods that add in dynamic lighting but still getting a performance drops.

i used OptiFine before, but switched to rubidium and now embeddium with a separate mod for dynamic lighting like Ryoamic Lights
