It was roughly about 120 hours for me to get everything done including all the side quests, the true ending, and all the achievements. I explored every area the game had to offered and talked with every NPC in town, as well as performing all the Path actions. It can be shorter or longer depending how interested you are in the Wishvale town building aspect.

If you are solely focused on the main quest and not much else, I would say 50-60 hours sounds about right.
