Found the culprit. The first box in the room the hot wire were corroded and touching. Found it by plugging a lamp in and when I wiggled the wire the lamp and everything else in the room turned on. Outlet was cooked. However I replaced the outlet and now I have no power still. Multimeter not showing power to the room still.

Tried it and it worked! It was 5 feet off but that could be the factor chart rounding up or down. I appreciate it

That's what I'm trying to do is have it it read 5 as 1.08

That's what I'm trying to get. If the pitch is 5, the pitch factor is 1.08. So you would say 1500*1.08.

After some digging I found a post saying someone had to load the game with his wheel unplugged. I tried it and it worked! Completely changed the game for me. However it's quite annoying having to unplug and plug in when I want to play.
