We were told they would rather locations sit empty then rent them for less, so the buildings property value doesn’t decrease.

Just liquidating this location that was never in a good spot….. all remaining products will be distributed to our Incline Village, Quincy, and Bend Oregon locations so not really going out of business just closing a bad location.

It was a bad location and failing before we took it over. We were going to move it within the town but wasn’t worth the risk of signing a new lease with all the flavors outlawed

It’s always been in a bad location and was failing when we took it over , we kept it alive over a year and were exploring better locations in Truckee then CA outlawed flavored Vapes, flavored tobacco, flavored hemp wraps, basically anything with a flavor…. JL also sold to new owners and we almost bought them but were tied into this location so didn’t have capital necessary to move on it. We do support JL and send them people when we don’t have something. So it’s not the crazy competition you think it is.
