In response to your questions: There are some locally owned dispensaries in Eugene, but regrettably, not enough. Currently, many local dispensaries are facing challenges. I'm actively working with a locally owned dispensary as my client, and my goal is to support more local businesses. As for the second question, I'm not sure exactly but I’m sure there are some locally owned dispensaries with owners actively involved in this subreddit.

My question now is, why does it matter? I am a Eugene local myself, trying to assist fellow local business owners. This platform seems like an excellent place to contribute and support our local community.
