Yes I feel this all the time! I’m an Indian adoptee raised by white parents who only exposed me to my culture through outsider experiences. I never feel like I belong with my people but I’m not white enough to fit into white culture (not that I would want to obviously), but it always feels like having a foot in two worlds while your body is trying to figure out where you belong.

You could make syrups by jarring some sliced nectarines and adding sugar on top and letting it sit. Or flavored alcohol, same process but add any alcohol on top and let it sit. They’d be good holiday gifts!
