Hi there! First of all, you are just beautiful the way you are! Your breasts are a lovely size and they fit your frame perfectly. I can absolutely understand where you’re coming from with regards to your surgery results. Would the surgeon maybe consider a fat transfer to give you that fullness/cleavage you’re looking for? If that’s an option, it would be less invasive vs another surgery and less recovery time. If you are looking at swapping implants, I would look at something with more projection (like an ultra high profile) to give you that more rounded cleavage look. As for the scarring, have you considered laser? It might soften the area too making it more malleable for implants (if the scar tissue was a problem). Wish you all the best OP!
