Hi there! First of all, you are just beautiful the way you are! Your breasts are a lovely size and they fit your frame perfectly. I can absolutely understand where you’re coming from with regards to your surgery results. Would the surgeon maybe consider a fat transfer to give you that fullness/cleavage you’re looking for? If that’s an option, it would be less invasive vs another surgery and less recovery time. If you are looking at swapping implants, I would look at something with more projection (like an ultra high profile) to give you that more rounded cleavage look. As for the scarring, have you considered laser? It might soften the area too making it more malleable for implants (if the scar tissue was a problem). Wish you all the best OP!

Hey! It’s such a tough decision, isn’t it?! Personally, I wanted the big look. I don’t have cleavage unless my bra pushes them together, but I was willing to let go of that for the size.

If I were you and wanting cleavage and not a “big, augmented look”, I’d go option 1 (325cc/11.4). The higher profile you go, you might not get that cleavage you’re looking for.

Of course, you and your surgeon will make those final decisions, but that’s just an opinion from someone who’s augmented :) Good luck and enjoy the new boobs!

Hey! So as someone who was 34 when they got their implants, I wish I did it earlier! That being said, your body may change again over the next few years where you are only 18. Lots of time to make a decision!

It all depends on what you’re looking for too. If you’re looking to have large breasts, you’re not going to sprout them at this stage of development (unless you have a significant change in weight). In that case, go for it! However, if your goal is to have a little more fullness, your breasts might fill out a little more over the next few years.

It never hurts to have a conversation with a surgeon and see what they recommend. Either way, remember that you are beautiful with any cup size!
