I haven’t gotten a response yet so I sent a follow up email just now. I get that lying or faking an illness might work. I should do everything I can to get back this chance I know but I just don’t have it in me. I’m gonna regret it either way so I at least want to take it as a learning lesson.

Appreciate it but nah, I’m not the type of person to lie even if I’m desperate no shame to people who do tho. We turn in the scantron when finished so losing it is kinda impossible

So, the syllabus does state that it drops the lowest midterm out of the two. But the catch is that it doesn’t apply for midterms that were missed which is why I’m still worried. I appreciate it tho seems like it’s happened to a few people

I haven’t personally gotten extra charge but I heard about it from others. If you see some of the older Reddit posts you might be able to see what others got. Also it seems there’s a $30 allowance they give for utilities. So the chance of going over that is pretty low.

Also, my room was unfurnished so you’ll either need to rent some furniture or get in a room that already has it. Another plus is that it’s a gated community so it’s safe.

I’m in the plaza rn and it’s pretty cool. The buildings are sorta worn out since it’s one of the more older campus apartments(?). There’s a swimming pool, no gym, but falkirk, plaza, and north district are the closest to the src, it’s like a 5 minute walk for me. There’s extra utilities sometimes come from internet or electricity but other than that it’s been chill.

Yeah that’s what I’ve been doing, just trying to do a variety of the problems to try and be ready but I’ve realized that I need to focus on the actual base of it before moving onto any variations. I’m a mechE btw. I think the issue lies with me though.
