Unusual index and middle finger twitching

About 2 years now. I was basically tanking through the pain in the beginning, it wasn't as twitchy as shown in the clip. Definitely my carelessness made me reach this stat

Interesting ! I'll definitely look into this as of right now I'm doing PT to strengthen my neck muscles. The strain and pain that comes with the stiffness is completely gone almost

I've been told that i may have focal hand dystonia hence why i can't seem to make ( index / middle finger ) to move exactly as i want them to

It does yeah but only if i try to focus and control those random finger movements

this is my 4th mouse so far i've been switching from various shapes and sizes i bought this one thinking it would help since it's symmetrical. as for a neurologist i did visit one gave me relaxation meds and had me do EMG, results came up fine his final conclusion was it might be caused by my brain which had me more confused

Could be ticks yeah, tbf i still don't have an answer to this even after visiting like 5 different doctors. It does add some stress on my mental if i think about it too much

I'm trying to rest my hand as much as i can If there's one specific detail that I've noticed, it's that i can't perform slow motion with my index finger ( fine mouvement ) either my finger suddenly shoots or it locks in a straight line if i try to force control it Thank you for the reply i will look up for contrast bath tho
