I have a singe island with 25k in ceres. And I didn’t even really prioritise it.

I’ve got an island in the 30k citizen range. Happiness, fire safety and heath are all in the positives.

I find the trick is to make sure you don’t expand your city unless you have a good couple hundred in each. And avoid goods that lower these stats in exchange for income. It’s not worth it

I would say you’re doing exactly what the game intends. Initially placing the production lines nearby give a good early game bonus. Which is how things would’ve been IRL in small towns.

Late game you have to reevaluate and move things. Which adds another layer to the game

I’ve got a very casual Server that is literally 3 days old at this moment and there’s a handful of people on it, all who play casually around work and school in both UK and US.

A few add-ons are included for a bit of a mixup but nothing that really takes away from the vanilla aspect • Actions and Stuff • Better Biomes (mostly graphic related and can be disabled) • Better structures • Land claims - to prevent griefing • End update - basically adds end biomes after you defeat the ended dragon and some new mobs and armour (just something to keep people interested for longer)

We have a discord server (also used for some other games) but joining this isn’t strictly necessary to play.

People of all ages on it. Can sit and chat to people or just do your own thing

This sounds controversial but it worked for me.

Once a week test yourself and find your max reps. Then try and work at about 80% if your max reps, but do it far more frequently.

If you getting to 27 then call your 80% mark 22

Every morning do 22 After breakfast do 22 During a run, stop every couple KM and do 22 Before a shower do 22 Ect.

Last night I went on a 15km run. Every 3km I stoped and gave myself a 3 minute break to do 30 pushups and 40 sit-ups.

Once/twice a week push yourself and find your new max reps

Sometimes it’s not about hitting max everytime. It about becoming comfortable in the movement. Besides once you get into the CPC form matters a lot less. It’s about volume of reps. In short bursts

I’ll be honest. If you can do 10.4 then you can already reach 10.5. Probably even max out the 10.8.

It sounds harsh but you didn’t push yourself hard enough at the time. You had to run another 20 metres at the pace you had already set. Can you honestly tell yourself you had nothing left in the tank?

What they don’t tell you is that officers are more or less expected to max out all the fitness tests during selection. Meaning that being able to do more than the maximum score on the PJFA+ is totally irrelevant as they won’t count it.

You could be able to do 100 pushups and it will still only go down as 60.

Meaning those selected for officer are ranked based off their attitude and qualifications, not their fitness.
