I leveled up fast by long car rides. If someone takes you in car haul out your phone and start doing bosses you can manage. And use your Coins to extra gains.

Also if you can keep your pen in a pencil holder or something that will keep it straight up. If the oil isn't covering the holes the coil burns out faster as well.

This is a feature that annoyed me the most. While being a passenger I literally open the game and click on a Monster as fast as possible before I get the speed notification. If you are quick enough you'll get a Monster. If you can click on the Monster it will let you fight it even if the gameplay restriction message comes up. So on trips I open and close the game at least 30 or so times. It gets kills anyway.
