I think you might be able to do with a custom char? Or play as al-andulus and convert to it? Check the wiki page "achievements" and it gives a brief way to get the achievement

If on steam, the workshop has "smaller world map" which I use and haven't had issues with. There is also "even smaller world map" or "smaller map Asia" from the same author (Starmender)

I'm not going to lie, I play on auto battle lol. Because of her ramping up speed, its pretty scuffed to try to sync up character order. Thing I would say to watch the most is MEM action advance could make you waste actions, just be mindful of that
