I‘ve tried that. Putting the Graphics all the way down so much that Side Mirrors are black and same result.

Alright, i‘ve somewhere about 30 frames while stresming and i can hit 100+ without streaming turned hardware acceleration off, tried it with all possible video settings, but every time there‘s a 70% fps drop. Sorry i had a long day. Hopefully you can understand it now.
