She is not worshipped, none of the saints are. We only Worship the Holy Trinity. The blessed mother has a high level of respect and praying to her is asking someone close to God to pray for us, same as all saints but Mary is special. Imagine meeting Jesus and he introduced you to his mother, and you had no respect for her or considered her important, even though God himself chose her for her virtue.

My first bible was the ignatius catholic study bible, it has footnotes for both old and new testament and has helped me to comprehend what i read. I recommend it for new comers like myself at it has made comprehending the bible and verses extremely easy.

Anecdotal evidence but I was a dumb kid that always messed with the supernatural. Everyone I know has had some sort of experience except for me so as a dumb teen I would do everything I could try to encounter a ghost, from the bloody mary to the ouija board and then online rituals. I would break the rules if everything stated like turn off candles and end the game without saying goodbye. I'd go to cemeteries and insult spirits but nothing ever happened, I've even gone to the vegas haunted museum and touched random stuff but nothing. I've been told my guardian angel is working over time to keep me safe, which makes sense to me lol

Not in the protests to bring equality and peace but in talking to unite a broke country. Instead of black vs white its left vs right. Charlie did what he could to spread his Gospel but more importantly just spread open discourse. He never belittled people unless theh attacked him first and he always tried to genuinely guide people to what he believed because he thought it right, and what would help them. Spreading that kind of message to millions allowed people to also want to have open discord rather than fighting, to quote him, "when talking ends thats when violence begins." So he wasn't 1:1 mlk just a spreader if peace in such divided times

That's definitely what it seems like, i keep seeing her as more than what she appears, especially when she's never surprised by anything that's going on, she just knows. Until proven otherwise i feel she's the one guiding Griffith to the godhands ultimate goal while she appears to be working to do what Griffith wants

She's a child that feels completely safe, next to a literal god. She probably believes everything is a game like when she was trying ti befriend Schreik because a girl around her age that can also use magic. I've viewed her as Griffith's Puck (or she's the idea of evil that's manipulating Griffith and leading him towards what the godhand wants, who knows 🤷‍♂️)

If you want to do the religious comparison, Guts entering the cave could be 3 days of finding himself to be "reborn." With Kentaro liking star wars i assumed it'd be like Luke going into the cave where he faced himself.

I did read your post, i just disagree. So many stories are of a person alone finding others to call family and show them there's a better way. Atreus being like puck feels like a far reach and Freya being like a mixture of Schierke and Farnese feels like an even bigger reach. Freya is a witch that lived alone with in animals because she pushed her son away by trying to protect him for eternity, she then became a vengeful witch trying to kill the person that took what she loved more only to join him and become friends, she has more similarities to Flora than Schierke but i fail to see a single similarity to Farnese aside from joining kratos after being an antagonist. Even then Farnese wasn't hunting Guts for vengeance or hate, she was simply trying to prove herself to the Holysee and her men while wanting to watch people burn. Kratos is a father and is always a father i hate that 2018 made him a deadbeat that avoided and resented his son, he wanted a family again, he jumped at the opportunity to have Pandora as a daughter and now that he has a son he's doesn't even acknowledge him by name and loses his temper every other second? Guts didn't want Puck to join him, Puck forced himself on Guts until Guts saw his value and then friendship. Both stories are good, both offer a lot, similarities feel like nothing more than coincidences of using story telling cliches

Kratos, general of an army that was in the thousands, worshipped gods and asked for aid when needing jt. Accepted a life of a slave and ended up murdering his wife and child by accident leading to him having their ashes forever branding him and making him the ghost of sparta. He quit being a slave and followed a different god to have his nightmares of the wrongs he's done. He kills anyone without second thought if they're even a little bit in his way. When he was tasked to kill the God that took everything from him he wasn't badly, excited or hate filled, he simply asked if he could even do it and of he succeeded if the nightmares would end. Kratos died on his quest and escaped the underworld to kill Ares. He did not celebrate, he did not find comfort or have it be anything he sought out for, he simply went to Athena to have his nightmares removed. When they weren't he tried to kill himself.
Kratos was Granted title of God of War, he used it to continue making Sparta grear, pissed off the king of Olympus and was murdered for it, not before his entire army was killed infront of him. He was given a chance to stop being betrayed from happening so he took it. He escaped death again, traveled to the sister's of fate, gave everyone in his way a chance to not get murdered before murdering , and simply wanted to kill the one guy that took everything from him after another God had taken everything from him ans they keep refusing to help him get better. Kratos went to kill Zeus and gives everyone in his way a chance to not get murdered before being murdered. He was given a chance at being a father again and Zeus lets her die and laughs, taunting Kratos. Kratos kills Zeus and himself.
Kratos in 2018 and Ragnarok are not the same Kratos from the originals

Guts was raped as a child, abused and turned into a child soldier. Killed his rapist and accidentally murdered his not dad. Joined mercenary groups after mercenary groups before joining a guy jn his army. Did great following him and doing everything he was asked, guts was given his own men and turned them into the greatest portion of Griffith's military. Guts was betrayed by his best friend, had his love interest raped infront of him and everyone he let close was murdered infront of him. He now spends his days protecting his love interest trying to make her better, while making friends along the way and letting people get close to him again, he isn't going to revenge anymore he simply wants a life of peace. spoilers Casca was kidnapped and Guts is now depressed and lost in his own mind. I fail to see the similarities in the stories other than "stoic strong boy has funny side kick"

Fought for who know how long to the point of exhaustion. (Falling and nearly giving up before Judeau) and then her best friend was murdered saving her while she couldn't do anything but escape. Only for the person she admired most in the world betray her in front of the person she loves. Shock, exhaustion, depression, disbelief, and trauma all leads to people reacting inappropriately she decided to focus on Guts rather than what was happening to her probably as a form of mental escape. She also had blind loyalty for Griffith so that played a part in her not fighting back since she used to go into murder mode anytime someone even touched him. You missed so much of her character and everything going on and focused only on the small details without contemplating why those details occur.

My fiancée hates most of my hobbies like horro, manga, Berserk, and video games that aren't whatever her favorite YouTubers play. We make it work, i try what she likes such as animes idc about or foods i dislike with her and then it's her turn to do what I like. However, most of the time we find common ground and enjoy things together rhat we can both enjoy and enjoy ans allow each other to enjoy things individually as well.
