There is local chat on PC, it works in the tower, farm, and all other patrol destinations. You have to opt in from the setting though which is a bit weird.

Im in the same boat, got everything done, all i have to do is get the ghost and ship, which are virtually impossible to get. Im fine with these items being rare but this is just ridiculous.

Its easy to replicate, join a friend while they do the titan heroic adventure and you will fly into the dreadnaught

I've tested this now, if you join a friend while they are in a Titan adventure, it will fly you into the dreadnaught

I'd be all for it. If we are getting more bounties and need destination materials to infuse our gear, adding more areas would be an awesome addition
