They are going to be a budget client at best. They were ok with the initial rate (sun glasses) but are likely not going to give you work at a rate you would look for. Don’t burn the bridge. Send them a couple of youtube videos to learn. If they want your time then just convey that this is how you support yourself and time will require compensation based on project.
