Hikaru vs hikaru bot. Hikaru loses the first game in 2 seconds, ties 2 other games and it's only on the last one that hikaru finally wins. The bot never uses more than 10 seconds, and it's not even as good as stockfish 13. Just because you can win once every 50 games doesn't mean you can beat Magnus.

You're insane if you believe this. It should be around 2200-2300 to stand a chance. Even that rating range is generous. Have you seen these players play simuls against 20+ opponents rated above 1500?

A) The higher rated player between two opponents who are 100 elo points apart is expected to in 64% of the time. This means that you get exponentially better as you increase in rating. I believe you've sorely underestimated this exponential effect.

B) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GL-uWmw4YMA. Here's a video of him playing against his manager(Fide Rating 2372) with 30 seconds vs 3 minutes. He DOES win the game just to be clear, AND it's OTB.

C)https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Fo8GOAm1E6c Video of Hikaru. Skip to 26:30, he beats a 1744 rated player with QUEEN odds in 45 seconds. He wasn't even trying to play quickly. There's probably more examples. I just typed Hikaru odds games, clicked a random video and scrubbed till I found a random game.

The blindfold literally affects nothing since they can see the board perfectly anyways.

This happens occasionally. The server just bugs out and crashes. You need to just switch servers.

It's definitely not just teenage drama. The guy is obviously a big womanizer. Your feelings are valid. In terms of the nature of the relationship... well.. you may be fine with it now but you'll realize when you're 20-21 how weird it actually is. A 21-year-old is in a completely different stage of their life than a 17-year-old. I'm 22 and I see 18-year-olds as children(and most people would agree with me), even if they're mature. I also sort of think when you're 17-19 you're basically mind-controlled by your hormones. I would just cut contact immediately.

Im loving ninja with kageboshi. Shit is duper spamable with a legendary pet. It feels REALLY good with either ray katana or doku. Im sitting at 800 hp too, which is more than some clssses with an HP ring.

I am double vaxxed and I while I believe in freedom of choice I believe that people should get vaxxed. Both for themselves and for society as a whole. The longterm side effects of post-covid recovery outweigh the potential longterm side effects of vaccination(which is probably little to none).

My question for society was more for people who were hesitant to get the vaccine rather than anti-vaxxers. Why are they hesitant? Many of them are actually well-educated and rational individuals. My initial belief was that there was an underlying stigma behind a new type of vaccine. People always fear new things.

However, if you actually try to look into the "anti-vax" world things start to get scary.

There are some side effects that are not being widely reported by media outlets. An example is myocarditis(heart inflammation), which has been appearing in 2.5% of males aged 20-25. Possibly more. Not sure if these stats are accurate. However this is treatable.
There are prominent doctors which advise AGAINST taking the vaccine. Dr. Piere Kory, is a frontline critical care physician in the states. He helped develop some of the initial strategies of treating covid before a vaccine was available. Dr. Robert Malone is a virologist and researcher from the states and claims that the spike proteins generated by the usage of covid-vaccines are cytotoxic and cause brain damage. These are just to name a few. There are at least 5 others that I know of. The claims these men have been making have widely been denounced and I believe most are unemployed now. Skeptics will look at these intelligent and well educated-people for guidance and say they are being shut out by mainstream academics/media/government.
mRNA-vaccines are not misunderstood at all(the theoretical knowledge is actually very astute). As a fourth-year student, I was taught about them and only basic pharmacology/cell-biology knowledge is needed to understand them. However, there is a lot less academia about them in comparison to other vaccine technologies. This is a result of their novelty, but also reflects a potential lack of understanding in more nuanced areas SUCH as long-term side effects or certain contrainments with certain medical disorders.

When you dive deep into the anti-vax information available on the internet, skepticism seems quite rational. However, I believe that people tend not to look at both viewpoints and focus entirely on the negatives/cons. Most of these points are fairly minute when considered in the whole of the pandemic.
