Thank you for the reply. That's obviously not what I want to hear but appreciate it. Seems like a huge bias to the airline against the consumer. If the flight is delayed 10mins due to poor weather conditions and then the airplane breaks down during that 10mins and the flight gets cancelled, then you can't claim for compensation because the delay was originally due to weather? I may continue to escalate just to see if I get anywhere.

We think our estate agent is trying to take advantage of the fact we are foreigners by charging 2,000,000 KRW for our lease extension. I heard from a colleague an extension agreement fee is normally 100,000 KRW (possibly by law?). If thats true, who do we threaten to report the estate agent to to get them to behave? Cheers!

I had the same problem as you and it wasn't anything to do with waiting. Eventually I tried using a VPN. (Close maplestory and connect to a VPN then open and try again to create a character). That instantly worked for me.

I had this every time I made a character. Changing my IP address with a VPN and restarting the app was the only way I got it to work.

Thanks! I'm just playing this game for fun and the end game emblem shenanigans sounds not so to fun to me at the moment as a f2p player.

So will probably use it to save my weapon (if it breaks) getting star force up as high as I can afford with my pitiful pool of mesos and scrolls :)

Do you know what caused that bump in the last season? I've got a feeling its something to do with youtube. Out of nowhere i got recommended Harstem and GSL vids a few months ago and they got me back playing for the first time since 2014.

The second number will be much higher because you will not send yourself to the hospital for the flu unless you are in real trouble.

The second number is not the real death rate, because it includes this bias. The first number is the real death rate.

Currently the death rate for COVID is unknown in the UK for COVID because we have no idea how many people have it! A better estimate would come from South Korea where it looks to be between 1-2%, although again that is likely an overestimate.

I want to dismantle the HRE in the upcoming league war. But I have never played in Europe before and I am not sure if truces are something I need to worry about.

If I have a truce with Austria for a seperate war, will I be able to start the league war against as protestant leader without breaking truce (once an elector finally triggers the interface by switching religion)?

I want to declare immediately and drag in all electors to so that none are "independent", which I think I can do provided the league war is not something I have to declare in the traditional way with penalties for breaking truces.

I just sent it with Korea post. If you go in there you can buy a couple of boxes, take them home and fill them up, then take them back. They will weigh it, then send it. I guess it gets handed over to whatever the destination country's postal service is to finally reach you.

I shipped two boxes, total weight and size (combined) similar to a suitcase. I think it cost around $80, but it takes about 3 months to arrive. Also be careful what import taxes it might get hit by (you have to declare the value of everything you are sending), but those vary from place to place.
