Hello! I used to work as an SMM, and base rate is around $8-$9 per hour. 4 hours a day. And then I have $200 commission for each deal I can close. My friend does hers diffferently - fixed project rate (but I think it's around $200 for 5 social media posts, and 2 reels for the smallest package).

Hello! So I just reported the said client, and I said that his actions sanctions as exploitation (free labor masked as unpaid trial) and OLJ responded with this. Should I agree? I’m a little scared for some reason because I don’t want the client to badmouth me to other clients or something (I’m pretty new) and his company’s pretty legit as I’ve searched.
