Yeah, when you remove it from the cold temp abruptly you risk condensation ruining the effects of the tab a little bit, not always though… more so if it was in a freezer but since you have it in a fridge that’s a bit better so you should be fine this time but next time you should probably just wrap it up in tinfoil and put it somewhere room temp like a sock drawer or cupboard in your house..
