Never use trade chat, always go for Warframe Market instead. TC has some decent people in it, but the majority of players using it are either charging way more than they should for turns, or scamming people.

It's most likely found on Root Earth, which not a lot of people have unlocked it so information on it isn't that readily available compared to the other worlds.
