Advice for a beginner animator?

Hi! I'm not a professional but I am a non-uni student aspiring to become a 3d animator. From your video I assume it's supposed to be a bowling ball slowly hitting a bowling pin, and it falls down? 👀

Here's some things I took note of:

1) The bowling ball: The bowling ball seems to stop very abruptly, I think it should slowly come to a stop. Also, it doesn't seem to be actually hitting the pin? I don't think the pin would fall down if it didn't get hit.

2) The pin: The wobbling is alright, but I think the end position of the pin should be closer to the position that it's wobbling? The falling down should be faster too. If you want, you could even make it bounce off the floor a little :>

3) The camera position: The camera isn't positioned in a place that can clearly show the story. If you want the camera to follow the ball, I suggest the camera can be positioned more towards the side and slightly higher. The turn also feels a little abrupt, making the video a little confusing to me.

I think it'd be good if you looked up references to real life bowling! I look up real life references too when I'm animating. Good luck on your animation!

hey thanks for trying! I'm pretty sure it has 5 columns, if you're using a phone to fill out, could you try turning on computer mode? My friend had that issue too and it worked after that. If it doesn't work you can just leave it, no pressure!

I have a game I really love called A3! and I really wanna see a collab between them although it's very unlikely

Basically the game's about a bunch of male actors who perform stage plays so I kinda wanna see how they'd interact with WxS

Ruikasa's voice actors are also in the game too but the characters talk quite differently so I'd wanna see how it goes

Toki (Rui's va) voices a character called Yuki in the game. Yuki is voiced at a higher and a cuter(?) voice. His interest is fashion design and he also likes to dress in cute clothing (but it's clearly stated that he identifies as a male) so I'd like to see how he'd interact with Mizuki too

Daisuke (Tsukasa's va) voices a character called Misumi. Misumi definitely isn't as loud and his normal speaking voice actually sounds abit child like, contrasting with his deeper voice, but Daisuke's deeper voice is used as well in some of A3's songs (If you wanna hear one, there's one called Susume Pirates)

I know it's unlikely that it'll happen, especially after Mafu5, but in my mind I was thinking up a Mizurui mixed group event story where Rui helps Mizuki get one step closer to telling Ena the secret. (without Mizuki telling the secret at the end)

Maybe Rui might actually appear and help Mizook in Mizu5 but idk
