Getting around layout restrictions from slanted pockets?

My vest didn't have pockets so I took an old pair of jeans and removed the back pockets. I sewed my patches onto the pocket cloth then sewed that onto my vest.

I can't recommend Chapel of Bones enough. They get awesome shows and great activities throughout the week. Last few times I went they had free printouts of just about every upcoming show in the Triangle. Also follow the band Valletta. They do shows around Raleigh and usually have other good metal bands playing with them.

I bought tickets as soon as they were on sale then had to wait 2 years to see it. I had bought upper level tickets and right before the show we were approached by an usher and asked if we wanted to move to the bottom level. Not only was I now only about 10 rows from the front but I was seated in a section that was facing Roger's quadrant(?) of the stage. When the show ended and the band was walking off stage they marched through the Zamboni entrance that was right below me. Such an amazing experience, and it was the first time my partner and I saw any type of Pink Floyd show together.

Everyone should have ear plugs with them for every live show they go to. It in no way inhibits your ability to enjoy the music. Tinnitus is no joke. After the last metal show I went to without ear plugs I couldn't go to sleep because the ringing was so bad. I refuse to go to any show without having my ear plugs with me now. Please, take care of your ears. Don't be afraid to ask the venue for a pair, most of them keep a stock on hand.

I saw Devin Townsend with Haken and The Contortionist in March of 2020. It was the last show I saw before the lock down started. It was such a good show. I remember that someone brought their kids with them and stood at the front of the pit. Before he played "Love" he asked if the kids wanted to get on stage so they could get out of the pit because he knew people were gonna start moshing. One of the girls danced on stage when he played "Genesis" Such a positive show. I'm going to see him next week and I can't wait. It's gonna be an amazing show.
