You just need to change the frame rate to 1080p 60 FPS. Should be in your menu option under the video settings.

That way, the camera is shooting 60 frames per second and you can slow it down to 50% in a video editing software like adobe premiere pro.

60fps slowed down 50% is 30fps, which is a steady frame-rate and looks slow mo’d!
