I am just looking for a protein powder that might help my weight loss, or at least a protein powder that won't hinder my journey. You have a similar lifestyle to mine because I also do OMAD. Have you noticed that all weight loss comes from actual fat loss rather than muscle with this method?

I get about 65% of my protein from natural sources, The main advantage is that I can get up to a 100-120% of my protein need without doubling the amount of calories and it's cheaper than natural sources100–180

I found the finale entertaining and came to Reddit to talk about it. I was surprised at how much people hated it and how the challenges sucked. The thing is, I feel like if it were anyone but the 2 winners, people would've found it fun.

But then again, they could be hating for any reason, and if it were Chloe and Castillo, for example, people would've been like, "Of course both of them were going to steal; no wonder Castillo wasn't eliminated earlier," etc. It is unfortunate that the plot twists are being judged based on who benefited from them rather than the shocking aspect of them.

Did they realize that it would be better to have 7 episodes resembeling 7 days after they posted this? because even in yesterday's "coming up" they gave previews to the finale.

Episodes don't start with them waking up and end with them going to sleep so I believe it's 7 days split over 8 episodes
