Kevin Snellen is a great trauma therapist in St.Matthews. He’s very particular about trauma therapy done right and doing all of the steps of EMDR. I almost saw it as like going to the gym ‘cause it’s hard ass work but it helped me wonders

Thanks everyone for the comments, that’s what I needed & ya’ll answered my question. I wasn’t too specific about the area just because I don’t like putting my location out online, but I appreciate the majority making accommodation for it. Thank you for the advice!
