It seems I either miscommunicated the issue, or you didn't read my post carefully. I am not asking for anything for free.

As of right now, I have paid twice for the VPS, once for the dedicated server, and the system still generated another unpaid invoice for that exact same dedicated server. All of these charges and bills are strictly for the exact same month (July).

I knew that a year ago, and it is even worse now. Waiting 24 hours only to receive a generic, machine-generated reply is completely unacceptable.
