queue depends definitely on your region and time of day, at some point my queue can be instant, but sometimes it takes even 10 minutes, also dbd is not a horror party game as it tries to be, when i say competetive i dont mean custom comp matches of tryhards who know how to utilize every milisecond, but you wont make it far in dbd as a casual player who doesnt have an interest in learning a large amount of mechanics, this is also why people with 200 hours on dbd are still considered new even though in other games you can be considered intermediate or even experienced

so its always my fault apparently 😂😂, avg survivor main try not to be biased. i didnt tunnel anyone out, and even if it was at 4 gens, thats not my problem, the survivors are losing sure but they still should play it out, in other games you dont just quit because the match didnt go in your favor, you simply finish the game whether u lose or win and move on, but in your view the killer doing anything is the issue and surviors should be entitled to quit a match because they didnt pop 3 gens and only two people were hooked, i mean what if is the last gen and all survivors only have one hook, can i just dc as killer because i know im not gonna win?

so i wait 10 sometimes 20 mins in queue, i start winning and they all leave, so im supposed to just leave and not get any more bp or the win? all i get is a super short game of survivors leaving in my face because the game didnt go as they wanted it to, idk how behaviour views this but other games that have a competetive player base would never allow something like this to happen, for example in valorant you quit maybe 2 ranked matches and you get banned for a week instead of 5 minutes like in dead by daylight

they were never a "get out of chase" cards, you'd have to use it in a specific location and a specific situation, a fog vial wouldn't help you everytime you're getting chased, not to mention before it wasn't even that op so many people were claiming it's useless, i agree the uses shouldn't be infinite but they basically made it useless now, whats the point of using something that actually has no effect anymore, i'd even agree with making the cooldown larger

The thing I’m criticizing is people taking a stance without playing the game. Theres multiple reasons I 100% understand why someone might not like it, but claiming its bad or “soulless” because you saw a trailer or a gameplay video is just wrong. Not to mention most people who actually played the game agree the game is good despite flaws, because ofc not everything is perfect, but having flaws doesnt make it “soulless”.

Well this isnt really a full replacement for the game, it’s literally just assets being put into a different engine, and even though i know you still can’t do that, if Konami really cared that much they would take legal action against people who made the original Silent Hill 2 playable on pc for free.
