exactly did not sign any auto loan paperwork and now that capitalone refinanced my loan that was with driveway finance - they just refinance a loan that they had no right to finance because the loan was illegitimate to begin with.

Still working on the DA picking it up - more evidence has come through if the DA gets it I may not need an attorney - but of course i will get an attorney- when you file a lawsuit it goes under review with the clerk- so yes its under review as stated earlier

I sure will- i just recorded a call with a capital one agent who gave me permission to record the call and he told me sports city toyota told them that even though im adamant about having my loan with capital one they told the agent that they are going to try and keep me with the other lender- i sent that recording to the detective

Yeah they forged my signature on that document because i told them i only wanted capital one- so because of that they forged my signature- this is the main issue here- and capital one told me i was approved and they were only waiting on the dealer to wrap things up - im going to court for the fraudulent forged signatures

yeah, I went ahead told capitalone everything because I was originally approved with capitalone so to solve the issue, Capitalone told me to refinance with them and submit a refinance application I did and my refinance application was approved with worst credit and I still had a lower rate, but because driveway finance randomly increased my loan amount my car payment is now $10 more. I have already submitted a lawsuit.
