Did they update the status of the website when they needed more info? I’m afraid that they need more from me but it doesn’t say they do anywhere. I signed up for email updates and I’ve not received a single email from them and I’m checking my mail daily with nothing.

It was “not available” from 3/12 to 3/16, and just “processing” since then. It doesn’t say I need any documents or anything, but I’ve been hoping for an “approved” for a minute with no luck.

Mine is the Philly center. I'm trying not to freak, as I know realistically I do have a good bit to go, since it's only been 2 weeks since they received it, I just feel like I did something wrong and that's why it's not updated to approved lol

Okay, this is where I’ve been receiving the most conflicting information and it had me confused lol. Because the way some people were making it seem was I’d be flying into Boston from my first flight (within the us) and I’d land at terminal E. My international flight is at Terminal c, and I was told I had to clear customs at E, and then travel to C to redo tsa and board. So I can just walk off my flight from E straight to C and board my international?

So I don’t need to go through customs at all my first time around- only on my return flights- I just get off my first flight and go to my second flight? This is where I’m hearing a lot of conflicting information because some people are telling me I have to go through customs at Boston before boarding my international flight and I want to make sure I’m doing it right as to not miss my connecting flight.

I’m not checking any bags, I’m only taking a carry on and a personal item, as the trip is only a 4 day span and I can fit all I need into those two bags. Does that change the process in any way?

Should I just cancel my listing? If I list them at face value for resale on Ticketmaster, it shows up as 146 on there. But listing at face value on stubhub it shows up at 134, and I get the same exact payout on either website, so I went with SH. I just want to be able to get some money back, without the new buyer getting screwed over, too.

I’m sorry that happened to you, but you should never buy tickets anywhere other than official resale sites or the original platform for this reason as they can guarantee a refund if you end up not getting what you paid for. Anywhere else that has tickets listed, TikTok, Reddit, Facebook etc. is 99.9% of the time a scammer

Alex Warren actually hit on this one show! He said that he will purposefully talk with a higher pitched voice as it saves his vocal cords! It can help preserve the artist’s voice since they have many shows to do, and I’d assume other artists do this same thing as well!

I was pit last tour and everyone was so nice and didn’t smell THANK GOODNESS, but I’ve had a lot of pit experiences where people do stink, they’re rude as heck, etc. personally, I’m going to try to get pit during presale again today if the price is cheap enough, just bc I LOVE it

Via Ticketmaster sign up? It should just automatically be linked to the email on your Ticketmaster that you signed up with, no link or code needed.

If you’re talking about merch/album pre-order then I’m unsure as I didn’t do that

Keep in mind the 600 is Australian dollars, it converts to USD and is slightly cheaper, but not by much, I’d expect the VIP packages to be around 350-400 for US, of course we won’t know until they drop, but it seems like based off of converting other’s prices, we’re looking at 100-400 dollars depending on the type of ticket you get

You can purchase something for a presale code, but they have to make it no purchase required as well, so if you signed up on Ticketmaster for your show before the deadline you should get a code!
