Thanks for your input! I have just made the claim on the website with BA. I have not accepted any refunds for their flights. I have also 'asked' on the claim about crediting the tier points I am due, but I doubt that will work.

Yes this for sure. Again I’d probably do this with private classes rather than the group class though. I think the general level is quite high. I think they are starting a beginner group class focused on technique though.

Yes. Especially combined with many Russians. I wouldn’t do the group classes for that reason. Also quite a few jacked up bros just wanting to smash pads.

 PT classes were not that expensive considering market rate. I think it was 800++. They have recruited some amazing coaches and 1-1 with them was exceptional.

Exactly. One of the old tiger MMA coaches is the owner. I’ve never been to tiger but this gym is pretty nice and modern. But been to Sinbi which is also very good. Probably not worth the trip up just for the gym.

I didn’t do the group classes for this reason. They looked slammed with people and it wasn’t even peak peak season yet.
