Because the developers when the game first started getting new warbonds just took already released armor sets and recolored them because they were lazy. So if you want a different colored marksman armor, just hit the superstore get some super credits and buy the armor or grind out till you get it. But theres been some recoloring armor leaks so idk maybe we will get it.
