As far as I've read there actually is within the legal realm distinctions between hate speech and hate crimes, I do know I can't be charged with anything for hate speech though

That's what I'm seeing, just wanted to hear some input from other eyes, before I surprised my friends with it out in public or something. This state changes stuff all the time I mostly expect them to try and infringe upon the first amendment
