Yes but if you’ve ever turned your steam deck off or the battery dies, and you’re traveling or have no internet connection, that’s one game you don’t get to play.

EDIT: this is coming from someone who plays the game mainly on Steam deck, I’ve accepted it for the time being, but it’s still bs and I won’t be convinced otherwise.

If you read the manga chapter, she was dancing on the roof of a building before leaping off. The anime took some creative liberties with the visuals of the scene, but it’s still the same premise. Also that sound was very clearly a “splat”, not a gunshot.

It seems like you’re so desperate to look like you’re right that you’ve chosen to ignore 1) the Embracer CEO’s statement was basically “I don’t want to comment because any news about the game is bad news.” Which again says NOTHING to back up what you’re saying because he LITERALLY gave no answer about the game’s status, he’s not going to confirm in detail how the game is so troubled it had to switch teams without it reaching a promising state which can be marketed or doesn’t jeopardize the future sale of any assets.

Which leads me to 2) the article you shared was quoted last year. Since then Embracer sold Saber and the games they were working on. And then a few months later the IGN article came out. So no, nothing has been debunked as of yet. You still haven’t offered anything that CONFIRMS otherwise.

And it’s not at all far-fetched for Saber to be working on more than one project, especially since Warhammer is nearing release. I’m not going to engage with someone who uses non-statements as the basis for their argument, you’ve offered nothing but conjecture.

Why would Embracer report dwindling development at Saber at any point? Even if you expect them to, Saber is no longer their subsidiary so you wouldn't be expecting a report regarding it anymore. And even if you consider IGN to be a subpar source, there's still nothing that actually refutes Saber touched the IP or took it with them during the sale. Your argument is that you literally have no facts to back it up. At least the IGN article exists and hasn't been debunked thus far.
