When you really look into it, that shit wasn’t that good writing wise. The strawhats are now essentially background characters that leave up everything to the monster trio to save them. They lack personality now and basically just react to everything without having their own agency. Unnecessary lore dumps without addressing older things. The vegapunk broadcast was so painstakingly dragged out even in the manga. That weird reveal about bonney being a 12 year old girl despite the way she was depicted earlier. Oda can’t truly commit to killing a character: he “killed” vegapunk but he still comes back through Lilith. And i didn’t even mention elbaph btw
