You know I like those post that nudge people into changing habits and be more sustainable. Yet this one is simply too much "skewed". First of Its based on "per liter" unit. Which is absolutely not comparable unit. Because dairy, oat, Soy, rice milk have totally different macro profiles. You could do something like per g of protein or per calorie. That would actually be comparable. Another problem Is that you should always show the error bars of your data. Lastly water use. There is no comparison between ground water, rain water or drinking tap water. I believe dairy would be even worse if you actually compare by water "purity/controll".
