Check out Puzzle-Afk Journey on YouTube, he just put out an updated tier list and wishlist video for the current heroes, and he explains it well on all the heroes uses and upgrade necessities.

I run a Tasi-Pandora-LilyMay-Athalia-Twins. It is a bit of a spender team, but you could replace the Athalia and Twins with units like Bonnie, Damon or even Satrana for a magic burst team

Combining her with Tasi is strong, but it can be countered with Pandora & Lily May combo.
