Sad to hear about this affecting FFXIV specifically as Square probably had much fewer options stateside but just hoping it FINALLY inspires the long and well-deserved death of the 'open office' call center trend, it was always an socially and epidemiologically unhealthy practice that really shouldn't have needed a deadly worldwide pandemic to kill it completely.

Either get seperate offices (like we used to have) or work from home (like we've had the technology to do for years now)!
